Joshua & Noemi Chavez are Lead Pastors of Revive Church in Los Angeles, CA.

They began as church planters in 2007 in Los Angeles, CA and now lead a multi-campus, multi-ethnic church that is reaching neighbors, foster children, and others who long for Jesus' healing.

Joshua & Noemi can be described as passionate, dynamic, honest & down to earth leaders. Both are relentlessly committed to loving people and empowering them to discover their purpose by identifying the unique gifts God has created them with to faithfully serve the cause of Christ, His Great Commission.

Joshua & Noemi have been married for over 15 years and have two boys, Joshua Anthony and Stephen Aaron.

Johnny & Anne Crist moved to Lilburn, GA in 1986 and raised their eight children. Johnny was the founder and senior pastor of the Atlanta Vineyard Church, which under his direction has pioneered 19 additional church plants in the past 25 years. He has served Lilburn as a councilman since 2008 and as mayor since January 2012.

The Crists bring a firm commitment to clear communication, passionate vision, and team development. Johnny grew up in Lancaster, PA and Anne is from the Goshen, IN area.

He is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett Class of 2018.

A passionate worship leader based out of the Tampa Bay area in Central Florida, G.G. Borrego carries a Spirit-filled, spontaneous flow and has a deep desire to see others release the sound of worship that is on the inside of them. Alongside her husband Jimmy Borrego, they have also founded two ministries called EverBurn and The Well. These are both worship driven ministries that have impacted various regions throughout Florida and have released a sound of freedom, healing, and unity in the body of Christ.

The Borregos are putting together a team to lead the worship at Flourishing.

What are people saying?

What will happen?

You will join other church leaders from many backgrounds and walks of life for four days of inspiration, encouragement and equipping at a Spouse and Church Leader's Retreat in Fruitland Park, FL. This is for the entire ministry team and includes tracks that will be of interest for church planters, youth & children's pastors and family ministry pastors.

The retreat will feature workshops, healing ministries and plenty of time for connecting with others. As an evangelical Anabaptist network, Evana equips and supports churches that are committed to Kingdom work in their local communities. Don't miss this opportunity for rest, transformation and renewal. Workshops, worship and teaching will be held morning and evening, and afternoon will be a time for fellowship, healing ministry, recreation, and private prayer and reflection.

Flourishing will help you personally thrive as a leader as you help your church and local community thrive.

Our central prayer for the week is that God's kingdom will come on earth as it is in heaven. We want our lives to count, to be a part of God's redemptive story. How do we participate with God in His miraculous work in healing our world?

Make your lives count for the Kingdom! What does it take to overcome immobilization and be fulfilled, engaged, and purposeful in our pastoral work? We're so passionate about you being there that we can provide sponsorship for your registration fee. Your only cost will be transportation, food and lodging.

Leadership Tracks

Leadership tracks are three-day seminar tracks that provide more in-depth coverage of a particular theme.

Implementing The 5 Fold, Ephesians 4:11-12

Jim Bartholomew and Larissa Moore Willard

Scripture tells us that all good and perfect gifts come from our Heavenly Father, and yet so often the gifts God gives go unopened. We believe it is time to open these God given gifts. As people who trust God and trust God's word we long to open God's gifts that will unlock the equipment shed of the saints, building up the body of Christ to do His ministry. We will share our journey, learn from God's word, and dream of of a church that has been unleashed.

The 9 Arts of Spiritual Conversations

Michael Dean

Most Christians desire to share their faith but are afraid to offend or feel it’s too complicated. The 9 Arts of Spiritual Conversation will help your members realize they already have the tools to share their faith with those they cross paths with everyday. We will discuss the 9 Arts and discuss how to make them a part of your congregations DNA.

Spiritual Formation: The Core of Flourishing in Ministry

Sebastiano Rosa

Psychologist Richard Dobbins of Emerge Counseling Ministries says that 100% of Pastors and Christian Leaders who come to the counseling center for treatment do not practice any form of spiritual formation! During our time together we will discuss and experience the importance of establishing and maintaining the spiritual disciplines, including spiritual direction as a necessary means to grow in our relationship with God and to flourish in ministry. Each session will consist of a time of teaching, followed by a time of practicing the spiritual disciplines.

Pastoral Mastermind: Making plans and solidifying goals for the kingdom

Marketo Michel

Do you have a dream or enterprise that needs a jumpstart? This seminar provides space for you to both share and strategize your dreams and those of your peers, in order to motivate you to move forward in practical ways. Let us inspire one another to do great things in the kingdom of God!

Thriving in Jesus, Family, Friendships and Mission

John and Sheila Troyer

Pastors and their families experience a pressure unlike any other vocation. You will gain some tools to develop rhythms as a couple, as a family and in your church that help build a joy-filled, meaningful and sustainable life.
